What it does
Made first for restaurants and cafés. Also suits clinics, shops and hotels.
- Answers from your fact sheet: hours, location, menu, prices, delivery area
- Replies in each customer’s language, including Lebanese dialect and Arabizi (Arabizi gets an answer in Arabic)
- Takes reservation requests: name, date, time, number of people and phone
- Hands you anything it cannot answer, and replies at any hour
- Goes quiet in a chat for 2 hours when you type in it, and for 24 hours when a customer presses “talk to a person”
Not included yet: payments in the chat and delivery orders.
